SEQ2FUN

US-Flexalign is the first universal platform for the flexible structure alignment of both proteins and RNAs under a unified TM-score scoring framework. To accommodate large conformational changes, it performs incremental rigid-body alignment of individual folding units and extends this procedure with an AFP-based strategy for robust residue correspondence identification. Compared with existing flexible alignment programs, US-Flexalign achieves substantially faster execution speed while consistently improving alignment accuracy, providing an efficient and practical solution for large-scale macromolecular structural comparison.

Download(s)

  • Click USFlexalign.cpp to download the single-file C++ source code of US-Flexalign. You can compile the program in your Linux computer by
      $ g++ -static -O3 -ffast-math -o USFlexalign USFlexalign.cpp
    The "-static" flag should be removed on Mac OS, which does not support building static executables. See readme.txt for more information.
  • Click FlexBench.zip to download the benchmark dataset.
